Distilling difficult challenges into elegant solutions

With 6 years of experience solving problems in various specialized domains (analytics, healthcare IT, and fintech), I've honed skills that have helped me design best-in-class experiences for products with complex data:

Interaction design for complex decision-making. I use deliverables such as flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize solutions for customers that tend to have heavy workflows, like QuickBooks business owners.
Communicating strong design rationale to influence a variety of stakeholders. Aside from the usual PM and engineering partners, I've also collaborated with industry experts, legal and risk specialists, executives, marketers, visual and content designers, researchers, analytics partners, and more. I welcome frequent and diversified feedback.
Design systems strategy and implementation. Not only have I built design systems 0-1, but I've also extended both early-stage design systems and highly mature design systems. I love increasing design consistency to improve product usability.

Most recently, I was a Senior Product Designer at Intuit, where I scaled the Quickbooks Payments experience. Outside of my job, I enjoy mentoring other product designers.
